Expressive Beginnings founder, Nickie Gael, is an experienced educational and developmental specialist who is dedicated to helping children reach their full potential and develop a love for learning. Dedicated to an individualized approach, she works with children and families to recognize and maximize their own abilities and talents.
Nickie has received specialized training in behavior intervention, development and differentiation in education. She has participated in specialized training through Lindamood-Bell and PBIS. As a former Director of Educational Support Services Director in a large private school and many years in early childhood administration, and early intervention, she has worked with hundreds of struggling students. Nothing brings greater reward than a student implementing their individual tools for learning and enjoying their own success.
Nickie has worked with children with a variety of special needs, including dyslexia, dysgraphia, auditory-processing disorders, ODD, ASD, and ADHD, including her own child.
